Liquidation Map

The Liquidation Map visualizes liquidation prices based on traders’ positions and the distribution of long and short positions at different price levels. This chart predicts liquidation prices and quantifies the liquidation strength of both long and short positions. When different leverage combinations of long and short positions are shown as price-level liquidation clusters, denser clusters indicate higher liquidation intensity. This tool is especially useful for traders on unregulated cryptocurrency derivative exchanges, where liquidation risks are higher. The X-axis represents the price levels.The Y-axis represents the relative liquidation strength.

Please note that the map does not display the exact number of contracts being liquidated or the exact value of liquidated contracts. Instead, the bars represent the importance of each liquidation cluster relative to nearby clusters, indicating the strength of liquidation pressure. Higher "liquidation bars" mean that reaching those price levels could trigger stronger reactions due to liquidity waves.

Note: Different colors are used solely to distinguish between liquidation clusters and do not provide additional information.The Liquidation Map can be displayed in various forms, each corresponding to different time frames and leverage combinations. The more compact and taller the liquidation clusters, the more significant their potential impact on price behavior once those levels are reached.
