#美联储降息预期升温 Loss to 50%+ Annual Returns: My Trading Survival Tips

After 8 years of crypto trading, my biggest lesson is greed. From sleepless nights to stable returns now, it's not about any sophisticated theory—just these simple rules for survival:

**Resist the urge to place orders**
If the chart hasn't formed the pattern I've repeatedly verified, I don't move. Seems simple, but it's actually the hardest part. Think of it this way: if you can't win a hand of cards, don't follow the crowd.

**Mine gold at night**
Daytime movements are usually full of false information; after 9 PM is when reality shows. This isn't superstition—it's a pattern from long-term observation.

**Take profits and cash out**
My principle is rigid: earn 1000 USDT, immediately convert 300 USDT to fiat. The rest I can mess with freely. Too many people get ruined going all-in, from dreaming of sports cars back to riding bicycles.

**Install a candlestick chart tool**
I lock myself down with three basic indicators from trading apps: MACD's crossover points, RSI's overbought/oversold zones (above 70 or below 30), and Bollinger Bands' expansion/contraction. That's it, simple and crude.

**Stop loss is a living skill**
At the computer, you can adjust flexibly: earn 100 USDT, move the stop loss up 50 USDT. Layer by layer. Going out? Lock the stop loss at 5% hard, no crash can hurt you.

**Mandatory profit distribution on weekends**
Whether I made 10,000 or 1,000 that week, every Friday at 3 PM, 30% of profits must be secured. This habit has saved me many times.

**Read charts for trends**
Want quick reactions? Stare at the 1-hour chart, but it's easy to fall into sideways traps. Switch to the 4-hour chart instead and you'll find clear support levels, as obvious as finding a restroom sign.

**These pits can't be filled**
Leverage over 10x is basically suicide; rookies should max out at 3x for practice. Most altcoins are harvesting tools. More than 3 trades a day, your account starts bleeding.

Remember this final sentence: the calmer you stay, the healthier your account. There's always a market, but your principal and opportunities aren't guaranteed.
