According to the principle of distributing profits based on the lower of the distributable profits of the parent company and the consolidated financial statements, the company’s distributable profits for the first three quarters of 2024 amounted to 65.4126 million yuan. The company plans to distribute cash dividends of 1 yuan per 10 shares to shareholders registered on the record date of the equity distribution, with a total cash dividend distribution of 32.9143 million yuan, based on the existing total share capital of 329 million shares. This profit distribution does not include bonus shares, nor does it involve capital reserve capitalization, and the remaining undistributed profits will be carried forward to the next fiscal year.
