On the 15th, Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations announced that two oil tankers from Russia were in distress and damaged in the Kerch Strait due to strong winds and huge waves. According to satellite monitoring data, approximately 3,000 tons of fuel leaked from the damaged oil tankers.
