Gate.io, 23 December - Kode Education announced that the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board will hold a meeting on 23 December 2024 to review and approve the profit distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2024. The company achieved a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of RMB 106 million in the first three quarters of 2024. As of 30 September 2024, the company’s consolidated statement had a distributable profit of RMB 65.4126 million and a distributable profit of RMB 221 million for the parent company’s statement. According to the principle of distributing profits based on the lower of the parent company’s distributable profit and the consolidated statement’s distributable profit, the profit available for distribution to shareholders in the first three quarters of 2024 is RMB 65.4126 million. The company plans to distribute cash dividends of RMB 1 per 10 shares to registered shareholders on the record date of the equity distribution based on the existing total share capital of 329 million shares, totaling RMB 32.9143 million. This profit distribution does not include bonus shares, capital reserve fund transfer to increase capital, and the remaining undistributed profits will be carried over to the next year.
