The Department of Justice stated that Jordan-Jones defrauded investors of over $1 million through false statements regarding the company's partnerships and Token listing plans.
The prosecution pointed out that Jordan-Jones falsely claimed to have established partnerships with large sports teams and well-known payment platforms, and submitted false financial statements to the bank.
