11.25 Ethereum Market Analysis Reference

Ethereum continues its range-bound movement on the daily chart. By the evening, there was a breakout to the upside, and the current high has reached around 2980. The price is rallying strongly and has broken through the 2900 level. As of this writing, the price is running near 2970. If the rebound fails to break through the key level of 3000, a pullback may follow soon, so it's recommended to be prepared.

After this round of upward movement, intraday support has now shifted up to the 2780-2800 area. On the daily timeframe, there is a strong bullish candle with a gain of 172 points, breaking through the previous low of 2763 with significant volume of 630,000 contracts, forming a clear bottom reversal signal. The hourly chart shows a stair-step upward structure, continuously breaking through the 2900 and 2950 integer levels without any significant retracement candles, indicating a strong trend.

In terms of technical indicators, the daily MACD’s DIF value (-245) has crossed above the DEA, the green bar has narrowed to -20.98, and short-term bearish momentum has weakened. The hourly MACD histogram continues to expand to 31.74, with bulls dominating in the short term. For the daily moving average system, the current price has stabilized above the short-term EMA7 (2919), but is still suppressed by the bearish alignment of the daily EMA30 (3314) and EMA120 (3665) above, so caution is needed regarding the pressure from mid- to long-term moving averages. The upper resistance is in the 3000-3030 area.
