A major crypto exchange just wrapped up a HKD $5 million contribution to the Tai Po Wang Fuk Court relief initiative.
The funds are earmarked for community reconstruction as residents work their way back to normal life. According to insiders, the exchange's philanthropic arm isn't stopping here—they're actively scouting for more opportunities to make a tangible difference.
This move reflects a growing trend: crypto platforms stepping beyond trading desks to address real-world challenges. Hong Kong's recovery journey now has one more ally in its corner.

ngl this is solid optics move but... $5m means nothing if their risk management team is sleeping on liquidation cascades elsewhere. been there, seen platforms donate millions then implode six months later when collateral ratios went sideways. not saying they're doing it wrong, just... watch the health factor on their own treasury first yeah?

Selling coins for donations, how much have you earned? Speaking of which, this operation is indeed beautiful, public relations are on point.

Five million Hong Kong dollars sounds like a lot, but how much can it really improve...

This is what I've been saying all along— the encryption industry has entered the second half, and whoever first lays out the social responsibility track will grasp the high ground of the future. Five million Hong Kong dollars is just the appetizer; the real opportunities are yet to come.

Hey, 5 million HKD, this wave operation is good, it's still better than some exchanges that play people for suckers every day.

Hey, is that true? The exchange is also starting to do charity? I can't understand whether the crypto world is trying to clean up its image or if it's genuine.
