Breaking development in the memecoin space: Pepe's official website appears to have fallen victim to a security breach. Users accessing the site are reportedly being redirected to pages embedded with Inferno Drainer malware—a notorious tool used to siphon crypto assets from unsuspecting wallets.

Blockaid, a blockchain security firm, has issued an urgent advisory urging the community to avoid interacting with the compromised domain until the team patches the vulnerability. This isn't the first time drainer scripts have targeted high-profile crypto projects, but the speed at which these attacks unfold continues to catch users off guard.

If you've visited the site recently or clicked any suspicious links, disconnect your wallet immediately and revoke any active permissions. Stay vigilant—scammers are getting bolder, and even official channels aren't always safe.

Has the PEPE official website been compromised? This scheme is truly insane... Even major projects can't escape drainer attacks.

It's another drainer, another Inferno... How long are they going to keep repeating this trick? Are they really just using the official website as a honeypot?

Oh no, has the Pepe official website been compromised too? This time it’s really a big deal... --- Another drainer attack, I just don’t get why these hackers have so much free time. --- Quickly disconnect your wallets, everyone, don’t wait to get robbed. --- Even the official team can’t protect themselves, how are we supposed to play... --- This is faster than the market’s reaction, unbelievable. --- Honestly, these days just clicking a link feels like walking on thin ice. --- Blockaid took action again, this guy deserves a raise. --- Feels like memecoin is just a scam hub, does anyone still dare to touch it? --- Who’s left holding the bag in the end? Betting on a confident fool. --- Directly revoke permissions, that’s basic operation now, everyone.

Was the PEPE official website hacked? Damn, these hackers really dare to do anything. --- Inferno Drainer has shown up again... This time even the official team wasn’t spared, unbelievable. --- No wonder I saw a bunch of people asking what happened to the PEPE website today, turns out it got hit. --- Everyone, disconnect your wallets ASAP, don’t wait to get drained. --- This kind of thing happens several times a year, meme coin communities are basically giant casinos. --- Blockaid alerts are useless, by the time you get hacked you’ve already lost a ton. --- It’s already 2024 and people are still clicking phishing links... I seriously can’t understand. --- You can’t even trust official channels anymore, this ecosystem is completely rotten.
