According to Digital Asset, the Seoul Central District Court rejected the provisional disposition application filed by Flow Foundation and Dapper Labs to suspend the decision to terminate FLOW trading support. Accordingly, Upbit, Bithumb, and Coinone will proceed as planned to terminate FLOW trading support on March 16 at 15:00. The court stated that the materials submitted by the applicants were insufficient to prove that suspending the decision to terminate trading support was necessary before the court's judgment in this case; it also pointed out that FLOW can still be traded on some domestic and foreign exchanges, and if the causes for trading alerts are sufficiently resolved in the future, the relevant exchanges could potentially relist the token.
