The market may not stay calm over the next 3 days
First, the Federal Reserve FOMC meeting, which is likely the last dot plot presided over by Powell, reflecting Federal Reserve officials' predictions on interest rates.
Don't even think about a rate cut in this FOMC meeting. The dot plot probably won't show much good news, given that CPI is concerning amid rising oil prices.
The dot plot will be released on March 18 ( Beijing time March 19 evening ).
Second, NVIDIA GTC annual technology conference. The conference has already started, and the US stock market hasn't opened yet. Nasdaq 100 futures gapped higher and then declined slightly.
As the conference progresses, market expectations and sentiment about AI technology have already been priced in. It's uncertain whether US stocks will turn bearish.
