Gate.io announces adjustment to the funding rate execution frequency for certain perpetual contracts, including JELLYJELLY, Lifeline K-line, BIRB, FIO, ZKP, G, COS, ANIME, SENT, and OGN. Starting from March 18, 2026 at 12:00 UTC, the funding rate execution frequency will be adjusted from every four hours to every four hours. The exchange states that this move aims to improve trading experience and reduce risks brought by market volatility. Users are advised to adjust their trading strategies accordingly.
