Bit Digital ( Nasdaq: BTBT ) announced the treasury and Ethereum staking data for September 2025, showing that the company is significantly expanding its position with ETH.
As of September 30, 2025, Bit Digital holds approximately 122,187 ETH, valued at around 506.6 million USD based on the closing price of 4,145.99 USD/ETH. During the month, the company purchased an additional 653 ETH, with an average purchase price across the portfolio of 2,643.27 USD/ETH.
About 81.8% of the ETH ( equivalent to 99.936 ETH ) is being staked, yielding rewards of 291 ETH in the month – an annual yield of approximately 3.37%.
Bit Digital currently has 321.4 million shares outstanding and owns about 27 million WhiteFiber shares (WYFI), accounting for 71.5% of the issued amount.
After the reporting period, the company has completed the issuance of convertible bonds worth 150 million USD ( including additional purchase rights ), with plans to use the entire amount of this capital to continue purchasing Ethereum.
