Metaplanet sammelt 66 Millionen US-Dollar durch Aktienerwerbsrechteplan, EVO Fund hält 14,9 % der Anteile

PANews berichtete am 23. Oktober, dass das japanische Anlageberatungsunternehmen Metaplanet laut CoinDesk die 11. Runde des Aktienerwerbsrechtsplans abgeschlossen und dabei 66 Millionen US-Dollar (ca. 10 Milliarden Yen) eingesammelt hat. 72,8 % der Rechte wurden von den Aktionären ausgeübt und EVO Fund erhielt durch Ausübung 14,9 % der Aktien des Unternehmens. Die Aktienbezugsrechtsemission dauerte mehr als einen Monat und gab den Aktionären die Möglichkeit, neue Aktien mit einem Abschlag zu erwerben. Metaplanet hat dieses Jahr auch Bitcoin als Reservevermögen verwendet und hält derzeit 861,4 BTC. Sein Bestand ist seit Jahresbeginn um 642 % gestiegen.
