Both parties are required to complete the organization and execution of the settlement agreement documents within 45 days. The case originated in early 2023 when Osprey sued Grayscale for "misleading promotion" during the process of converting GBTC to ETF. Subsequently, Grayscale received SEC approval in 2024 to convert GBTC to ETF.
