The U.S. missile destroyer has completed military exercises and departed from Trinidad and Tobago.

Jin10 reported on October 31 that on local time October 30, the U.S. missile destroyer “Gravely” concluded its exercises and left Trinidad and Tobago. The 300 U.S. soldiers aboard the “Gravely” participated in the exercises. The U.S. military's exercises have provoked strong protests from Venezuela. On the 26th, the Venezuelan government issued a statement condemning the U.S. for conducting joint military exercises in waters near Venezuela. The statement said that the U.S. Southern Command held dangerous “military exercises,” which constitute hostile provocations against Venezuela and pose a serious threat to peace in the Caribbean region.
