Inveniam Capital Partners has announced the launch of NVNM Chain, a purpose-built Layer 2 blockchain designed to give AI agents a verifiable audit trail for every decision made in regulated financial environments

Scheduled to go live on May 13, 2026, the platform enables AI systems to record immutable receipts containing source data, reasoning, and accountable human oversight through a single integration step.

The launch comes as regulators intensify focus on AI governance ahead of new enforcement measures including the EU AI Act, FINRA oversight requirements, and U.S. federal AI provenance standards

NVNM Chain introduces features such as “Know Your Agent” credentials, controlled operational permissions, and institution-grade access management designed for compliance-heavy sectors.

The network launches with two core products: an MCP Server that allows AI agents to log decisions on-chain without blockchain expertise, and a KYA Portal linking each agent to a verified human operator with revocable authority controls

Inveniam said the chain has already been validated through large-scale compliance testing under the G42 and BIS Regulated Technology Environment framework.

Built on more than 90 U.S. patents related to blockchain-based data attestation, NVNM Chain leverages Inveniam’s existing infrastructure, which has credentialed more than $200 billion in private market assets across sectors including private equity, infrastructure, and commercial real estate.
