MetaEra news, on May 19 (UTC+8), the British Financial Service company Revolut plans to invest 1 billion euros (approximately 1.1 billion USD) in France over the next three years and will apply for a banking license in France. The announcement was made at the "Choose France" summit held at the Palace of Versailles. As part of the plan, Revolut will open an office in Paris to manage its Western European operations. This expansion is expected to create 200 new jobs in France, where the company already has 300 employees. Additionally, the company stated that Lithuania will remain an important hub for its European operations.


According to news from April, Revolut's profits are expected to double to $1.3 billion in 2024, benefiting from user growth and a recovery in cryptocurrency trading. (Source: PANews)
