PANews August 26 news, SUI treasury company Mill City Ventures III announced that it has officially changed its name to SUI Group Holdings and will change its common stock ticker on Nasdaq to SUIG. This name change and ticker change will take effect at the market open on August 26, 2025. The company stated that this brand reshaping aims to promote the SUI asset accumulation strategy and further strengthen the partnership with the Sui Foundation. SUI Group Holdings is the only publicly listed company that has established an official partnership with the Sui Foundation, and in the future, it will focus on supporting the promotion and development of the Sui Network to create long-term value for shareholders. Shareholders do not need to take any action due to name or code changes, as the company's stock remains listed on the Nasdaq capital market and can be traded on options at Cboe Global Markets. On August 11, it was reported that Mill City Ventures purchased an additional $20 million in SUI tokens.
