WFE calls on regulators to address the risks of securities tokenization.

[Golden Finance] The World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) has called on global regulators to take action to address the risks posed by unlicensed brokers and the securities tokenization business conducted by crypto assets trading platforms. In a letter to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) cryptocurrency task force, the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) fintech task force, and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the industry organization emphasized that current market concerns about investor protection and market integrity are intensifying.
