I know everyone wants to optimize prompts (cough dspy). the best systems (codex, claude) just wrote them by hand, tuning every edge case, reiterating every instruction. The system is the product, not the prompt.

looking at our daily active prompt metrics... hand-tuning still crushes automated solutions by 78.4% in conversion tbh
