As one of the popular tracks in the Crypto field, RWA (Real World Assets) is changing the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain at an astonishing pace. In less than two years, the total market value of the tokenized securities market has exceeded 2.8 billion USD, and the on-chain stock scale has also reached 420 million USD. Even Nasdaq has officially submitted an application to the SEC, preparing to enter the tokenized stock market — this means that RWA is no longer a small-scale experiment, but is truly stepping into the center of the financial stage!

So, what opportunities are there in the RWA track? How should we position ourselves?

1️⃣ Where will the next breakout point for RWA be in which niche sector?

I believe that on-chain bonds and private credit could become the next explosive segment. The traditional bond market is huge, but liquidity is unevenly distributed, especially for small and medium-sized enterprise bonds and high-yield bonds. Through tokenization, not only can liquidity be improved, but trading thresholds can also be lowered, allowing more retail and institutional investors to participate. Additionally, real estate tokenization has great potential—especially in application scenarios that generate stable yields in conjunction with DeFi protocols.

In addition, the tokenization of commodities (such as gold, crude oil, etc.) may also present opportunities, especially against the backdrop of rising inflation expectations, as these assets are more likely to be used as hedging tools against inflation.

2️⃣ Which RWA tokens do you have confidence in?

I am currently interested in the following directions of tokens:

· ONDO: As an RWA project backed by BlackRock, ONDO has significant advantages in compliance and resource integration, especially with its deep involvement in the U.S. money market funds and bond tokenization.
· TRU (TrueFi): Focuses on uncollateralized lending and credit protocols, connecting the asset side with a significant demand for loans from real-world enterprises, with a relatively clear revenue model.
· PROPC (RealT and other real estate tokens): Although real estate tokenization is still in its early stages, it has stable cash flow and asset backing in the long term, making it suitable for investors who prefer a conservative approach.

Of course, we must also pay attention to the risk points in the RWA track—especially the uncertainties at the regulatory and policy levels.
