In contract trading, most participants share a common psychological trait: a intense interweaving of greed and fear, which often leads to decision-making at the wrong times.
When making a profit, greed makes people forget the risks, tending to "let profits run" but carelessly turning into "from profit to loss," desiring to achieve wealth in one go; when facing losses, fear quickly leads people to deny strategies, or they repeatedly suffer between "holding on" and "cutting losses," unable to strictly enforce discipline. This mentality leads to overtrading, taking chances on holding positions, and chasing trends, often resulting in premature profit-taking and allowing losses to run, ultimately leading to consistent losses. Essentially, it is a conflict between the human instinct for immediate gratification and avoidance of pain, and the calmness, discipline, and counterintuitive qualities required for trading.
At the same time, after the news is announced tonight, the market is very likely to experience drastic fluctuations, with a rapid rise and fall, and a classic trend of sharp declines and surges. You all need to be aware of this risk.
If I had to give advice, I would suggest everyone to go long, with a liquidation price not exceeding 4224, and for short positions, the liquidation price should not be lower than 4750. These two points are the desperate endpoints that you can reach with this range. Currently, I only hold spot positions, and the spot only looks bullish.
