Yesterday's direction was basically fine, but I didn't enter at the right point. I summarized that going against the trend to take pullback positions often leads to profits not being taken and turning into losses. Moreover, the profit from pullback positions isn't that significant, while going with the trend can get you trapped temporarily. If the stop loss is reasonable and the pullback isn't too deep, then it can pump up quickly. Short positions tend to fall quickly. (I made money on pullback positions yesterday but didn't take profit, leading to losses above, and I lost twice in a row. Fortunately, I took the opposite position and made back a lot this morning.) So sometimes, you don't need to consider a perfect entry point; controlling the position and having a reasonable stop loss is the best trading strategy.

ETH's current market has shown a continuous top divergence on the one-hour chart and is under pressure in the four-hour range of 4230-50. Therefore, a short position can be taken for the daytime market, with a stop loss at 4250. We are looking to see if it can hold around 4140, which offers a profit of 60 points. If it doesn't hold, there is a larger downside space to 4085-4040. The reason for taking a short position at this level is based on the overall daily chart judgment, indicating a rebound rather than a reversal. Of course, larger-scale trades are not feasible, as the pullbacks and stop losses are not manageable for most people, focusing mainly on intraday trades.
Similarly, for Bitcoin, with a one-hour divergence and four-hour resistance, you might consider going short with a stop loss above the recent high. However, the position for Bitcoin isn't very good, so let's pay attention to whether it can effectively break below around 113200. The daily level bullish trend is too strong, so I don't recommend trading Bitcoin.

Following the analysis, a reasonable stop loss will show you that the vast majority of the time you are making money, still big profits.
