Picture a dedicated channel network that aggregates calls from emerging voices, then ranks them by actual performance metrics. It's basically creating a meritocracy for signal providers. Could start lean with a Telegram setup, track accuracy and returns, let the best performers bubble up naturally. The point is giving real skill a shot at recognition instead of just amplifying the usual suspects.
