The power of the community is often underestimated. Seeing many cases of community building in various projects truly made me realize how crucial this is.
Short-term speculative mentality is indeed a trap. Many times, the ups and downs we see in projects all point to the same issue—lack of genuine community support. Projects without community stickiness, no matter how good their concepts are, are likely to fade quickly. Conversely, those with vibrant communities, even after experiencing setbacks, can still rally together and move forward.
I am fortunate to witness some projects' persistence in community building; their spirit is truly commendable. Although I haven't been directly involved, the execution and resilience I observe from the sidelines are impressive.
Recent industry voices also confirm this point. Even seemingly simple ecosystems like Meme coins can generate unexpected value if the community is managed properly. What does this indicate? It shows that the project itself is just the framework; the real flesh and blood is the community.
The future is long, and projects that value their communities and treat users sincerely are likely to progress more steadily. Short-term speculators come and go, but those who genuinely contribute to building will always be the ones who stay.
