Berachain's PoL mechanism isn't actually that complicated.

The core logic has three layers:

First layer, $BGT is the reward and governance token of this ecosystem. Validators direct the issued tokens to different Reward Vaults.

Second layer, users can earn $BGT by participating in productive activities within the ecosystem. For example, staking, providing liquidity, participating in governance, and similar operations.

Third layer, $BGT holders have real power—they can use Boost to enhance the validators they support, thereby increasing these validators' token issuance.

In simple terms, it allows participants to earn rewards while using their tokens to decide how resources are allocated. This creates a self-regulating ecosystem.

Basically, it's about earning money through voting, right? I like this logic. Wait, could Boost again be dominated by big players? PoL sounds simple, but what's the actual difficulty in operation? But it's definitely more flexible than pure PoS; I need to try it. Can BGT hold this wave? I always feel that tokens like this are easily hammered down. To put it simply, the key is whether the participation level is sufficient.

Speaking of which, PoL is essentially about decentralizing power to token holders. It sounds great, but it's actually quite easy for whales to manipulate.
