Want to succeed in Web3 in the long run? These steps must be followed in order.

First, build your own brand. This is not just about a logo and copywriting, but about making users recognize your unique value among a sea of projects. A brand is the foundation of trust; it determines the market's first impression of you and long-term recognition.

Once you have a brand, focus on building your network—not for short-term traffic, but to gather a genuine community around your mission. These people will become the pillars of your ecosystem, spreading your ideas and driving organic growth of your project.

But all of this must be based on long-term thinking. The Web3 market is highly volatile; short-term gains can never outweigh long-term value. Projects that persist are often those that are unaffected by market fluctuations and continue to innovate.

Finally, the core team must maintain a consistent vision and execution capability. Once the direction changes, all previous efforts may be wasted. Therefore, regardless of market changes, everyone must work towards the same goal.

These four steps are interconnected and indispensable.

It sounds good, but how many actually stick with it in the end?

Sounds good, but only a few can really do it... I've seen too many projects claiming to be "long-term oriented," only to run away as soon as the coin price drops.

Well said, but there are really not many people who stick to these four steps.

It sounds good, but how many can actually stick with it? Most project teams change their minds as soon as the coin price drops, haha.

Sounds good, but how many projects can truly stick to the end? Most are just following the trend to cut leeks.

That's true, but in reality, how many projects can truly achieve these four points consistently? Most of them fall apart as soon as the market fluctuates.
