Recently, I have thoroughly analyzed the current tactics of a leading exchange.

As the industry enters a cold period, they are instead acting more frequently—grabbing hot topics, suppressing competitors, and striking everywhere. On the surface, it seems grand, but I think this is just a temporary fix that doesn't address the root problem.

To be honest, all major exchanges and outside business giants face the same ceiling—the suppression of the power structure. No matter how large your scale or how aggressive your fundraising, you either need to control the power system or dominate violent resources; otherwise, someone will always be able to hold your neck.

From another perspective, the development trajectory of the entire world might be like this: centralized power → conglomerates → eventually evolving into a mercenary model of financial groups. Exchanges, innovative projects, and all participants trying to break the existing pattern cannot escape this fate. Instead of reacting passively, it's better to see the game rules clearly early on.

They're just acting. Still daring to be so reckless during the cold wind period, really thinking of themselves as saviors. They nailed it when talking about power being chokepoint. Big and small institutions are the same; in the end, they still have to rely on policies. I've seen through it long ago, just lying flat and watching the show. What’s the use of raising so much funding? Even with a large scale, they still get sanctioned. This is the game. The mercenary tactics of the financial conglomerates—sooner or later, we’ll get pulled into it. Basically, all the flashy moves that exchanges make are just to prolong their own survival. The issue of power structures is indeed deadlocked; no matter how much funding they raise, it's all in vain. In the end, there are only two options: either be absorbed or exit; there's no third way.

The issue of being "necked" (being stuck) is absolutely right... No matter how big exchanges mess around, they can't change the essence. I've thought about this logical chain for a long time, and it's truly brilliant. There's nothing wrong with what you said, but the problem is... what should we small retail investors do? This power structure, both ancient and modern, is the same worldwide. It's an unavoidable fate in the crypto world. I've seen through it early on, so now I just lie flat and enjoy the gains, haha. This scheme is indeed brilliant. The deeper you go, the more you can't see the exit. The power structure is described so ruthlessly... but there's nothing we can do; who can escape this situation? Cold wind periods are actually the happiest times to bounce around, it's really ironic. People who saw through the rules early on are probably all lying flat now.
