What I’d Actually Do Differently (And What I’d Skip)

If I started over tomorrow, I’d interview 50 founders before writing a single line of code. Not 5. Not 10. Fifty. I’d ask them what takes the longest to update, what questions investors always ask, what they’d actually pay for. This would have saved two weeks and significant wasted effort.
