【Crypto World】Remember when I attended the Starknet event in 2023? I initially wanted to discuss expansion strategies in the Asia-Pacific region. However, during a conversation with one of their executives, they immediately put on a dismissive attitude and said I was very rude for inquiring about joining the company. At that time, I was working at Bybit and also interviewing with Solana. This experience ultimately convinced me to join Solana.

Honestly, how far an ecosystem can go depends on the people. If the project team and the community are not aligned, even the strongest technology is useless. Choosing to stand with the community rather than being aloof is the key to long-term ecosystem development. What the ecosystem needs is attitude and sincerity, not arrogance.

Stark's executives do seem to have a bit of an inflated ego, no wonder the ecosystem isn't thriving. Solana's open attitude is definitely an advantage; a comparison clearly shows the difference.
