How to move an AI Agent from the lab to on-chain operation? How to calculate the costs? Do users really need it? Do the scenarios truly exist? These questions are far more complex than algorithm optimization. Industry discussions often focus on technical metrics, but there are very few projects that are profitable and practical. The future of AI Agents is actually determined by these three factors, not whose model is smarter.
