South Korea legalizes security tokenization, officially integrating blockchain into the traditional financial market.

Under the new regulations, security tokenization is recognized as a legitimate financial asset, but transactions must be conducted through licensed securities companies and intermediaries, not freely traded like cryptocurrencies. The law is expected to take effect from 2027.

Notably, this approach applies not only to stocks or bonds but also to assets such as real estate, art, and agricultural projects. Thanks to digitization and legal regulation, retail investors can access these assets more easily, transparently, and safely.#GateTradFiExperience
