The crypto world is long enough to understand that turning things around isn't that mysterious; the key is whether you have discipline. Today, I want to share a practical method I’ve developed over the years, all learned from real lessons.

First, let's talk about selecting coins. Don't listen to any "inside information"—these are the easiest to get trapped by. My approach is simple—only look at the daily chart trend signals. When the price stabilizes above the medium-term trend moving average and the momentum indicator is strengthening above the zero line, then I dare to act. The market mostly oscillates, and real good opportunities appear when the trend is clear, with lower risk. To ensure stable returns, I only choose well-known, top-market-cap mainstream coins, which makes it easier to protect your principal.

How to manage after entering? First, draw your "lifeline." As long as the price stays above this line, hold with confidence. If it closes below, decisively exit at the next open to avoid regrets. When entering, also watch the trading volume. Remember one rule: rising prices with increasing volume indicate a real trend; rising prices with no volume are usually traps.

How to lock in profits? Once you gain a certain percentage, sell part of your holdings to recover your capital, and let the rest run to generate profits. This stabilizes your mindset. If the trend continues upward, take profits gradually, but always keep some reserve to set flexible stop-loss points. A cautionary tale is losses—if a single trade loses more than a certain proportion of your total funds, cut your position immediately and avoid any luck-based thinking.

There are two more very important points. Only invest with idle funds to ensure your decisions don’t become emotional; block out all market noise and patiently wait for confirmed signals; spend time weekly reviewing your trades, summarizing gains and losses, to break the cycle of repeating mistakes.

The crypto world is never short of meteors that make overnight riches, but what’s truly rare are the longevity stars that survive long-term. Use the simplest methods to steadily eat the trend’s meat; with small capital, you have a chance to gradually grow into a large amount.

Really, there's some substance to what you're saying. But I still think most people just listen and forget, and only a few can truly stick to this discipline.

That's right, but it's really hard to execute. What I fear the most is those unlimited surges, I always get caught off guard.

Lifeline really needs to be tough, or a single emotional fluctuation could cause everything to collapse.

That's right, discipline is essential. That's how I got through it too.

Honestly, I've been using the Lifeline system for a long time, but too many people talk about discipline, and with a single slip, it's all gone.
