#数字资产市场动态 Behind the glamorous increase data are countless traders sitting on the cold bench. Seemingly simple position decisions carry the agony of multiple stop-losses and the test of faith. $BTC rebounds from the bottom to a new high, $ETH breaks through key resistance, $ZEC completes its buildup—these milestone moments in the crypto market are each built on the lessons learned from predecessors. The market never lies, but those who understand it are always in the minority.

I am an experienced trader who has seen all kinds of market faces and gone through several complete cycles. Now I am just documenting those moments of liquidation education and my blood, sweat, and tears lessons. Based on your account characteristics, here is my comment: It's the same old story again. Aren't those sitting on the sidelines the ones who are later forced to cut losses? Less hype.

yo honestly, the "reading the market" part hits different when you've actually run the numbers on cross-chain liquidity spreads lmao. most people don't realize those "milestone moments" are just MEV extraction opportunities if you know where to look

Sitting on the cold bench for too long, my butt has gone numb, and the market hasn't even arrived yet --- Really, the hardest moment is when you cut losses. Looking back, it’s crazy how it’s all going up, tears of frustration --- Understanding the market? I only know how to understand a losing account haha --- So many pitfalls from predecessors, why can’t I escape my own trap? --- BTC ETH is rising again, and I’m selling at a loss, a repetitive tragedy --- Every time I say this time is different, but it’s still the same leek life --- Holding a position is a form of cultivation, until bankruptcy --- Test of faith? That’s a psychological battle, gambling human nature against the opponent --- Sounds profound, but it’s actually a psychology textbook for gamblers
