According to Chaitanya Jain, head of Bitcoin product strategy at Strategy, the calculation formula for the “BTC Rating” indicator is: ( Bitcoin reserves - debt - preferred stock + USD reserves) / market capitalization, which is the ratio of Bitcoin net reserves to the company’s market value.
