Everything in the AI era is being redefined by the attention economy, with dopamine algorithms becoming the underlying logic.

We spend hours scrolling every day, but what do we really learn? Honestly, most of the time we just create an illusion of "learning." As long as that moment feels fulfilling, as if we're growing, the dopamine and serotonin released by the brain are enough to satisfy—regardless of whether the content is true or false.

This is the trap. In the wave of information, very few people can distinguish the truth.

To break the deadlock, two key points are essential:

**First, recognize how your attention is being manipulated.** The content designed to make you "feel good" is all carefully calculated behind the scenes.

**Second, recalibrate your dopamine threshold.** Only by avoiding cheap stimulation can you truly judge what is worth watching and what is worth doing.

Self-awareness is often the first step.

Well, that's somewhat correct, but I think I just can't stop at all. I've been doing this for so many years that I'm used to that feeling of pleasure. Now, asking me to suppress dopamine is really impossible. But on the other hand, Web3 is the same routine, just replacing hot topics with tokens and profits.

I've only just realized after all this time that I've been being fed all along. Truly amazing.

That’s too extreme; we are all being fed dopamine puppets. --- After scrolling the screen for so long, nothing is truly left behind, only an illusory sense of fulfillment. --- The problem is that most people simply don’t want to be awakened; they just want to be comfortable. --- Recalibrating is easy to say, but how many can really do it? --- I need to think more about the concept of dopamine threshold; it feels quite hitting home. --- Instead of discussing these, better to ask yourself what proportion of your recent week’s activities have truly been rewarding. --- The phrase “cheap stimulation kidnapping” is too harsh; I got hit halfway.

Got it, now I am truly awakened, especially by that line "Fictionalized an illusion of learning"... I swear, that's exactly how I am. In these years, whatever the algorithm feeds me, I eat it up, I can't stop at all. When the pleasure hits, my brain takes a vacation. Who cares about truth or falsehood anymore? The most heartbreaking thing is that I can't even tell if I'm thinking or being thought about now. The algorithm knows me better than I know myself.
