On-chain P局 will eventually be eliminated by the market. Many people chase quick profits, but in the end, either they crash or get trapped. Instead of frequently chasing the latest trends, it's better to focus firmly on one direction — that's my style.

Doing short-term trading all the time always leaves my wallet empty and my mind exhausted. Holding a project long-term provides stable returns that let me sleep peacefully. This week, I invested in two meme coins; overall, I didn't crash but also didn't make big profits. My current strategy is to follow my instincts—buy the coins that catch my eye directly.

The lessons from frequent trading are clear: either earn a pitifully small amount or end up back at square one. As I always say, long-term planning is more worthwhile than short-term excitement.

That's right, playing the short-term game too much really tires the brain. I'm starting to realize that instead of watching the charts every day and chasing highs and lows, it's better to pick a coin that looks good and stick with it.
