The weather is pretty good today. I took a walk outside and bought some ingredients.

In the evening, I cooked scrambled eggs with tomatoes, simple, quick, and delicious. While eating, I thought about investing. There's a classic saying I always remember: "Not losing money is the first principle; preserving the principal ensures that profits will naturally follow."

This advice is especially useful in trading. Recently, I traded Ethereum and did experience some losses, but I set stop-loss orders in time, so my principal wasn't severely affected. As for the SOL market trend, I waited until trading volume clearly increased and the price truly broke through before jumping in, which made the gains much more solid.

Market opportunities are actually available every day, just like a vegetable market—there are all kinds of vegetables at the stalls, but you don't need to bring home everything. I'm currently watching Ethereum; as soon as a breakdown signal appears, I will withdraw immediately—no stubborn holding. Instead of focusing on how to make more money, it's better to focus on how to protect the money I have—if the principal is still there, opportunities will always be available.

Time to eat first, I'll check the market again later.

Stop-loss is the key, otherwise you'll lose everything in one shot.

Wow, stopping loss is really on point. It's much more reliable than those who call signals every day.

Stop-loss has really saved me a few times; otherwise, I would have gone broke long ago.

Principal is the key, and I realized it the moment I was so亏得想哭 (about to cry from loss).

The stop-loss implementation is quite good, much better than those who stubbornly hold on.

Stop-loss really, many people say they understand it but still hesitate. When they see a loss, they want to hold on, which is the mindset of a rookie.
