Implementing a points system again? The first two projects have already tried this, and in the end... But fixed output does sound more reliable, just worried that execution might turn out to be another story. It's hard to say if this kind of adjustment is reliable; let's see how they balance it later. Participation is the most likely to fail, and they'll have to change it again. Fixed daily?
