That period was truly the hardest battle of my life. The salary for entry-level developers couldn't support my dreams at all, but I knew I had greater potential. Compared to the monotony of coding, creating content is much more interesting. I quickly got a job opportunity at CT. But what followed was a daily 16-hour ultra-high intensity—doing my main job while also maintaining account operations. It was mentally tough. But looking back now, it was all worth it. This experience taught me that in the Web3 ecosystem, persistence and time management are often more important than talent.
