Net profit reached €9.6 billion in 2025, rising from €7.6 billion in the prior year. Growth was driven by sustained demand for advanced lithography systems used in high-performance semiconductor production.

ASML Holding recorded €13.2 billion in net bookings during the fourth quarter of 2025. The figure more than doubled the comparable period from the previous year, setting a company record.

Total backlog reached €38.8 billion by year-end, exceeding the company’s full-year revenue. The backlog reflects long-lead equipment orders tied to advanced node capacity expansion.
