Securities Daily Network News: On March 9, Dingjia Precision announced that the company will hold the 16th meeting of the second board of directors on March 9, 2026, to review and approve the proposal on conducting foreign exchange hedging business. Based on actual business needs, the company and its controlling subsidiaries may engage in foreign exchange hedging with banks and other financial institutions at any time, with a maximum limit of USD 20 million (or equivalent currency). During the validity period, the above limit can be reused cyclically. The amount of foreign exchange hedging business at any given time (including reinvested amounts from the aforementioned investments) will not exceed the approved limit. The credit quota expected to be occupied by conducting foreign exchange hedging business with financial institutions will not exceed USD 20 million (or equivalent currency).
