Zhongjing Foods: Free distribution of Zhongjing American Ginseng to shareholders

Zhongjing Food announced that it will give away free Zhongjing American Ginseng to shareholders holding more than 100 shares of the company to thank them for their support. On March 9th, Zhongjing Food announced that to thank shareholders for their long-term support and to help them better understand and experience the company’s products, the company has decided to give away Zhongjing Western Ginseng for free to shareholders.

As of the close of trading on March 18, 2026, shareholders registered with the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited who hold 100 or more shares of the company can claim a free Zhongjing Western Ginseng (10g×10 bags).

According to the announcement, Zhongjing Western Ginseng is the abbreviation for the company’s “Zhongjing Vitality” concentrated Western Ginseng extract, which contains 100mg saponins. The product is made from Canadian Ontario Western Ginseng, using slow simmering and low-temperature concentration processes. Each bag contains saponins equivalent to 3g of high-quality Western Ginseng slices.
