Gelonghui, March 9 — Yishenghuo Holdings (00223.HK) announced that Qi Xuan has been appointed as an Executive Director, a member of the Nomination Committee, Chairman of the Investment and Strategy Committee, and the Company’s Investment Director. All appointments are effective from March 9, 2026. The Board further announced that Jia Li Qin has resigned from her position as an Executive Director, effective March 11, 2026, to devote more time to personal matters. After her resignation, Jia Li Qin will continue to serve as a director of the company’s subsidiary, Zhuhai Yitie Rail Transit Management Co., Ltd.
