Trade Analysis : $XRP
1️⃣ Market Structure
First look at the structure.
Price was ranging between support and resistance.
The lower red zone (LS) is liquidity / previous lows.
The middle red zone (SUP) is a strong support / demand zone.
The upper red zone (BSL) is buy-side liquidity (previous highs).
So the market is moving from liquidity to liquidity.
2️⃣ Liquidity Concept
Smart money usually:
Grab liquidity
Return to imbalance / support
Continue the trend
Here:
Liquidity was taken near the recent highs.
After the grab, price starts pullback to support zone (1.3500 area).
This pullback gives the buy opportunity.
3️⃣ Entry Logic (Buy Setup)
The buy setup logic is:
Step 1 – Liquidity sweep
Market sweeps short-term highs.
Step 2 – Pullback
Price retraces to support zone (SUP).
Step 3 – Confirmation Look for confirmation like:
Bullish engulfing candle
Strong rejection wick
Break of minor structure
Then enter buy.
Example idea:
Entry: 1.3500 – 1.3520
Stop Loss: below liquidity (around 1.3400)
Target: previous high / BSL
4️⃣ Target Logic
Targets are based on liquidity pools.
Targets:
TP1: 1.3700 (previous high)
TP2: 1.3850 – 1.3900 (BSL zone)
Because markets usually move toward liquidity.
5️⃣ Risk-Reward
This setup shows approximately:
Risk: ~100 pips
Reward: ~350–400 pips
So the Risk:Reward ≈ 1:3 or 1:4, which is a good trading setup.
