Deere & Company reported a net income of $656 million for the first quarter of 2026, or $2.42 per share, which is a decrease from $869 million in the prior year. Despite challenges in large agriculture, the company saw a 13% increase in worldwide net sales and revenues, reaching $9,611 million. Chairman and CEO John May noted recovery in construction and small agriculture segments, reinforcing the company’s belief that 2026 will mark the bottom of the current cycle, providing a foundation for future growth.
