Guotong Hui March 13 — China International Capital Corporation (03908.HK) announced that on March 12, 2026, the issuer (CICC Hong Kong Finance 2016 MTN Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the guarantor), the guarantor (China International Capital Corporation (International) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), and the company entered into a subscription agreement for the planned issuance of notes (maturing in 2028, with a principal of RMB 2 billion and an interest rate of 1.90%).

The notes have been applied for listing and trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, with the notes being issued and traded as debt securities sold only to professional investors. The listing is expected to become effective on March 20, 2026. The issuer intends to use the net proceeds from the issuance of the notes to repay part of the existing debt of the guarantor and its subsidiaries, as well as for general corporate purposes.
