On March 16, CINNO Research’s latest report stated that as March begins, the effects of the Spring Festival holiday are fading, and the smartphone panel market still faces severe challenges. High costs of upstream memory and bulk raw materials, combined with cautious downstream procurement sentiment, are putting pressure on panel prices across various technological routes. In the battle between “rising costs” and “weak demand,” buyers’ bargaining power has significantly increased. To secure limited orders, panel and module manufacturers continue to adopt a “lower price to increase volume” strategy, and overall prices are expected to continue declining. CINNO Research predicts that in March and April 2026, the prices of a-Si modules and LTPS panels may continue to fall; flexible AMOLED panel prices will also remain in a downward trend.
