Arista Networks (NYSE:ANET) surged more than 10% in after hours trading after delivering a standout Q4, with revenue jumping 29% year over year as AI driven networking demand stayed strong.

For the quarter ended Dec. 31, Arista posted adjusted EPS of $0.82, comfortably ahead of the $0.76 consensus. GAAP EPS came in at $0.75 versus $0.69 expected. Revenue reached $2.48 billion, topping estimates of $2.39 billion. For full year 2025, revenue rose 28.6% to $9 billion, while GAAP gross margin held steady at 64.1%, underscoring the company’s ability to scale without sacrificing profitability.

CEO Jayshree Ullal described 2025 as a year of validation for Arista 2.0, highlighting that the company has now shipped a cumulative 150 million ports. She said Arista exceeded its AI networking and campus expansion targets while delivering profitable growth.
